38. Pursuant to article 3075.1 of the Civil Code, the purposes for which the application is presented to the Land Registrar is indicated by the applicant stating those purposes on the form referred to in the third paragraph of article 2982 of the Civil Code.

38. Pursuant to article 3075.1 of the Civil Code, the purposes for which the application is presented must be indicated as follows:
(1)  for an application presented electronically, the applicant shall state those purposes in the explanatory file accompanying the application;
(2)  for an application presented in paper form, the applicant shall state those purposes on the application or on a separate written document appended to the application.
